RULES

  • 1. Participating teams should send the following: ▪ College Name (and Team Name if any) ▪ Name and Contact info of any 2 team members ▪ List of Team Members ▪ Send your background music to culturalsigniz26@gmail.com.
  • 2. The deadline for the same shall be informed after confirmation of participation.
  • 3. Presenting banners, posters, or other materials directly displaying the theme is prohibited.
  • 4. Background music should be cross-checked with the event coordinator prior to the event
  • 5. A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 models per team are allowed.
  • 6. One participant cannot be a part of two teams.
  • 7. Time limit per team: 15 minutes empty to empty.
  • 8. An additional 1 minute, if required, will be provided for narration only. Exceeding the time limit will lead to team disqualification.
  • 9. Participating teams can contact one of the coordinators for more details regarding registration.
  • 10. Participation without the college ID and the IGNIZ ID will automatically result in team disqualification.
  • 11. Only 6 Helper Passes will be given per team.
  • 12. The performance will be evaluated based on the overall execution of the theme, creativity in presentation, choreography, synchronization, costume & styling, stage presence, confidence, expressions, and the overall impact created by the team.
  • 13. Details regarding the college (for example, college name) shouldn't be revealed during the show.
  • 14. Failure to adhere to the rules will lead to disqualification.
  • 15. Teams must bring a backup copy of their music (pen drive)
  • 16. Decision of the judges will be final.

GENERAL POLICY

1.

Eligibility: All participants must be currently enrolled students. Valid college ID must be produced on demand.

2.

Registration: Participants must complete registration within the specified time. Late entries will not be entertained.

3.

Reporting Time: Participants must report at least 1 hour before the event. Failure may lead to disqualification.

4.

Discipline & Conduct: Any misbehavior will result in immediate disqualification.

5.

Dress Code: Costumes should be decent and appropriate. Offensive attire will not be permitted.

6.

Use of Props & Materials: Dangerous, sharp, fire-based, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.

7.

Music & Technical Requirements: Pre-recorded music must be submitted in the specified format and time.

8.

Judging & Results: The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

9.

Health & Safety: Organizers will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage.

10.

Photography & Media: The organizing committee reserves the right to photograph or record events.

11.

Rule Modifications: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify rules at any time.

12.

Authority: Failure to comply may result in disqualification without prior notice.

13.

Participants registering for group events must belong to the same college. Cross-college teams will not be permitted.
